We diagnose and repair automated transmission systems including Eaton UltraShift and Endurant applications, shift actuators, sensors, wiring, clutch systems, communication faults, and transmission control issues.

We diagnose clutch slipping, dragging, vibration, difficult engagement, abnormal pedal operation, and other clutch-related concerns. Our technicians perform complete clutch replacements and inspect related components including the flywheel, clutch brake, release bearing, linkage, and transmission input components.

Transmission problems aren't always mechanical. We diagnose transmission control modules, wiring, sensors, actuators, power and ground circuits, CAN/J1939 communication problems, and other electronic faults that can cause shifting issues, warning lights, or transmission derates.

When a transmission has suffered a major failure, we can remove and replace the complete assembly. Whether the proper solution is repair, replacement, or installation of a remanufactured unit, we'll determine the best option based on the condition of the transmission and the needs of the truck.

Transmission performance depends on the entire driveline working correctly. We inspect and repair related components including driveshafts, U-joints, yokes, transmission mounts, output components, and other driveline parts that may cause vibration, noise, or operating concerns.

We diagnose transmission fluid leaks and inspect seals, gaskets, fittings, coolers, lines, and related components. Transmission fluids are serviced using the correct specifications for the application to help maintain proper lubrication and component life.
