How We Got Here
We didn’t start with a 10-bay facility, three parking lots, and a staff of over 10. Rather, we started with just one man, a small two-door shop, and a desire to make a difference in the industry.
We kicked things off in a tiny shop run by our owner, Orest Ravlyk, who spent countless sleepless nights fixing trucks and trailers for years. Soon, however, the community came to rely on the quality of work we provided, and we began to expand.

2017
Started with One Mechanic
Orest Ravlyk opened Lexington Diesel’s first location in 2017, operating out of a 3,000-square-foot shop off Mt. Read Boulevard in Rochester, New York. It was there that he spent years working on hundreds of trucks and trailers on his own, steadily building Lexington Diesel from the ground up.

Our First Service Truck
A year later, we realized that our customers needed just as much support on the road as they did in the shop. So, we launched Lexington Diesel’s roadside service department.
2022
Growing our Team
After years of working solo, it became clear that we needed more help to support the growing demand throughout Upstate New York. In 2022, we brought on our first two team members.

Today
Today, we stand with a growing team of over 15, our own 14,000-square-foot facility, and industry-leading technology to support heavy-duty trucks and trailers throughout Upstate New York.
